Structured Cabling
Optech Fibres have engineers trained in the installation of a wide range of copper services, having had experience with serial cabling, 10base2 (thin Ethernet), 10base5 (thick Ethernet), twin-ax, CW1308 and CW1128, as well as the more up to date requirements for Cat5e and Cat6 cabling. Voice Connectivity
Optech Fibres offer the installation of traditional voice cabling or the presentation of extensions within in a 19” rack, on RJ45 patch panels for distribution over a structured cabling system.

Due to our independent nature we can evaluate your system requirements, offering advice and contact details for the supply and installation of among others, Alcatel, Samsung and Panasonic telephone systems. Our customers are put in direct contact with specialist company’s, who work closely with us on various projects, allowing our customers to take advantage of Optech discounts.

Fibre Optic
Optech Fibres offer all manner of multimode and singlemode fibre optic services, including, fusion splicing, glue and polish style termination (cold cure, heat cure and hot melt) of standard ST, SC, FC/PC, SMA connectors, non-standard E2000, MFM connectors, as well as the termination of new Small Form Factor connectors such as MTRJ, LC, MU, VF-45.

Testing can be carried out by OTDR or power meter, at your chosen wavelength and presented in the media of your choice.

Electrical
Optech Fibres employ IEEE 16 th Edition Designers and Electricians to allow a one stop shop for computer suite installation.
